It is important to take care of our hair. Try to wash it as least twice a week (depending on the weather). Use a mild shampoo to wash your hair, and condition it at least twice a week. Specific shampoos are on the market today to help you make your hair the best it can be. Occasionally add a couple of Vitamin E caplets to your shampoo/conditioner for extra nourishment. Try also to visit a professional stylist for trimming, deep conditioning, steaming or for styling advice. Trimming gives the roots of your hair the chance to start growing again.
