It is very important to take care of our bodies. We should make sure that we take a bath, keep ourselves clean, and exercise from time-to-time. Taking care of our bodies includes physical hygiene, exercises, the food we eat, dressing, as well as relaxation of the
body, and other body languages like how to move yourself and other good manners like in talking and sitting.
Cleaning:
Use water with soap or body washing lotions and gels. You can use one with fragrance, if you like. There are good products
with different functions to your skin. For example, you can use two-in-one products which clean, refresh and moisturize your body
such as body wash and honey or body wash and oil. After cleaning and drying yourself, apply cream, lotion or oil.
EXERCISE
In order to feel good and stay healthy,
it is very important to provide our bodies with some movement. Exercise doesn't only means
jogging or going to the gym like most of us thinks. Exercising should to be fun. Even walking or dancing are good exercises, so take a
walk for half an hour twice weeks, or go swimming, ride a bicycle, play tennis or basketball. My favorite exercises are stretching, yoga
and aerobics. I am lucky that I never need any strong exercises to feel good and fit. Anytime I feel like working out, I stretch my body.
Take a walk in a park (this is also very good for catching some fresh breath, and having fresh thoughts in things you have to deal with
in life), or go swimming, followed by a warm visit in the sauna.
Sports will activate our blood system and lymphatic system, warming us and making us active and ready to face our daily challenges. It
will also help us to fight bacteria and other kinds of small diseases caused by changes in weather and the ozone layer. If your body is
healthy and strong, it can fight against many physical attacks. If you are sitting in the office all day, stand up now and then, hold your
breath for a while before breathing again, bend your head to you kneels for a minute, stretch your hands and move your head from side to side
likesaying no. This will help you to regulate your blood system.
It is also important to identify parts of your body that need training more than other parts. The tricky part is to find the exercises
you are comfortable with and stick with them. Professional help may also be needed here. Some need more exercise on their stomach; others
need to work on their arms and breast, while others need to train their lower bodies or other areas more.
Remember 75% of our bodies is fluid, and we need to drink as much water as we can to regenerate the fluid we are loosing. It is
advised to drink at least 2 liters of water (equivalent to eight glasses) daily. Water is the best cosmetic ever, both internally and
externally.
Get yourself some books on exercising, or videos, or talk to a specialist. There are numerous books available on the market specializing
in exercise, i.e. aerobics instructions, yoga, stretching steps, and exercises that work for the body. I hope some of the instructions I
provide will be helpful to you.
"Aerobics": Are fun to do if you don't mind jumping. You can do this at home by following professional instructions or get yourself a good
demonstrating video.
