Peace

Dear friends,

It is my hope that from the last newsletter, you were encouraged to be positive. I am thankful to God for all his blessings in the past four weeks. As I write this, I am sitting on a plane traveling from rural Tanzania where I have been on mission to encourage others, and heading to Dar-Es-salaam from where I’ll travel back to Europe. I would like to share with you what has happened to me these last four weeks.

As you can imagine, it has all been very exciting after the successful launch of my website www.tausidreams.com, and after having started to receive orders for my new book ' The African Princess'.

I flew from Frankfurt to beautiful Dar-Es-salaam, Tanzania where I officially launched 'The African Princess' at a small reception on 30th of July. It was a beautiful ceremony that was reported in various Tanzania media including the leading TV stations ITV and TVT. A great number of books have been purchased so far! My heartfelt thanks go to all who are supportive of the book. The hard work I put in, and that of the others who were involved in the making of the book seems to be rewarded. I take this opportunity to thank all who were involved.

The aim of going to Tanzania was not only to launch and promote the book but also to encourage others to live to their full potential to achieve the best in life, as well as to take part in social programs I have been supporting over the years. This time I took with me medical equipments worth 15,000 Dollas that were donated to WAMATA, an NGO fighting HIV/AIDS in Tanzania. I also visited a number of schools where I gave speeches on HIV/AIDS-awareness. As well, I conducted some forums on life motivation agendas and donated 'The African Princess' to several school libraries. This time I traveled to the rural areas as well, with the same mission. A simple act of visiting to encourage others has brought a new message of hope to those desperately in need of it. I would encourage you to do the same, even to tell your neighbors that you do care or simply forwarding this newsletter to them.

One thing more I'd love to encourage you in this newsletter is do those things that will help rest and balance your mind. Today's life is very hectic that we often forget to do those little things that contribute to us feeling happier. This can be as simple an act as making time to relax, making time for the family and friends, and those you love. I also find prayer to be very motivational. In the middle of my busy schedule in Tanzania, I still was able to make time to visit my grandmother whom I love so much, even though she lives very far from the cities and away from my scheduled program. Just to be with her, reading 'The African Princess' and attending to her needs tanked me full with energy. If I had left Tanzania without seeing her, and knowing her condition, my peace would have been stolen. So, even when we are busy, it is important we seek peace by doing those things that will balance us emotionally. Peace will make you act more productively.

I am very excited about my book promotion and am looking forward to great things happening in this new chapter of my life. Please purchase a copy of the African Princess for yourself and for your friends and remember 10% of the sales go to health and education programs in Africa. Click www.tausidreams.com to purchase the book.

Till next time, stay focused and may peace remain with you.
